The lawyers belong to the Saxony Bar Association. A professional liability insurance exists with Allianz Versicherungs AG, Prager Str. 118 - 136, 04317 Leipzig. Due to the Federal Lawyers' Act, lawyers are obliged to maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum sum insured of € 250,000.00. Details can be found in the regulation of § 51 BRAO. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
