"We are happy and thank the site management for the fact that the construction site continues to run largely without disruption despite the restrictions caused by Corona and that the office building with parking garage - as originally planned - will go into operation next month," explains Bastian Julius, Managing Director of Urban Soul . The outdoor facilities around the City Office, the building located on Rabinstrasse, have now been completed and will soon be accessible. The tenant Design Offices will take over the space at the turn of the month and open the gates for co-working in the course of May / June. The adjacent multi-storey car park, which is operated by Bonn's City Parkraum, will also start operations with 258 new parking spaces for the train station and pedestrian zone. Design function with the furniture store and the planning department, the Bulthaup kitchen studio and the office real estate agent Larbig & Mortag will follow with their openings from June. "This means that the building is almost fully let when it opens, only a remaining area of ​​around 700 square meters is still available for rent on the ground floor," says Bastian Julius. The two buildings are also moving quickly on the Nordfeld: the facade work on the hotel motel one will be completed in April and the last scaffolding will be removed. The cranes that are no longer required are being gradually dismantled. The production of the outdoor facilities in the Poststrasse area has already begun, and from May it will continue on the Piazza and Maximilianstrasse. The later appearance of Urban Soul can now be recognized even better. The large window fronts and the high-quality clinker brick façades give the entrance gate to the city a completely new look.
