The special services of Travel24.com include specially created travel news and a newsletter with constantly new offers. Travel24.com AG was founded in Munich in 1996. In March 2000 the company went public and was listed on the Neuer Markt for the first time. The share is now traded in the General Standard on the Frankfurt stock exchange and on the open market in Berlin, Düsseldorf and Stuttgart. The Travel24.com AG business model is divided into two areas. On the one hand, Travel24.com AG operates travel and flight portals for brokering package and last-minute trips, hotel and flight offers and various ancillary travel services. Travel24 operates through the presence of websites in German-speaking countries. On the other hand, Travel24 hotels in lifestyle design are being developed in Germany and possibly other European countries in order to expand the business model. The first Travel24 hotel opened in Leipzig in August 2017.
