About company
Our founder and managing partner Dr. Ibrahim Amosh established Amosh Legal Services & Arbitration back in the year 2000. In the past twenty years, we provided comprehensive legal services, with particular expertise in the area of corporate, commercial and securities laws. The firm also provides legal services in various fields including, telecommunication, intellectual property, and property, banking, insurance, taxation and labour law. On a corporate level, the firm conducted many legal due diligences, incorporated companies, formed, and overlooked various joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions.
The firm also has long practice and experience in litigation in Jordanian courts. We have handled thousands of cases that vary in nature civil, criminal and/or administrative. In addition, Dr. Amosh (founder and managing partner) enjoys distinguished experience in the arbitration process and have personally presided as head or member of various arbitral panels in a number of cases. In fact, Dr. Amosh is currently a member of the Permanent International Court of Arbitration – The Hague.
The firm conducted a number of surveys related to legislations in the country by various international organizations, mainly in areas pertaining to telecommunications, corporation and commercial provisions. Examples are similar to ‘Enabling The Business of Agriculture 2016 / Comparing Regulatory Good Practices’ by World Bank Group; ‘Common Country Assessment Jordan 2006’ by the United Nations.
