Job role
The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:
Provide accurate incident resolution and service request management within timeframes defined in any agreed service or operational level agreements, meeting or exceeding internal client expectations.
Ensure accurate and up to date recording of information relating to Incidents or Service Requests are made in the Service Desk Management System
Liaison with all internal and external support teams to resolve incidents and assistance in project related work
Facilitate the provision, configuration and installation of new hardware and software solutions for the internal client base
Creation/maintenance of associated documentation in the IT Operations Knowledge Base
Securely Maintain the IT physical and digital environments
Technical Attributes
Essential
High level of experience in supporting and using Microsoft Office products – Outlook, Word, Excel
Experience in building Windows Operating Systems - desktop and server, including hardening, patching
SQL Server Management for troubleshooting. Create and manage maintenance plans, Simple SQL script maintenance
