About the role
Join our fun & friendly Customer Success team headed by a successful and supportive leader. Based out of our brand new Sydney Office, you will be acting as an escalation point for all non-incident related enquiries from our customer base. More broadly, you will assist all of AC3's customer base through providing general advice on non-technical matters, cost optimisation and identifying upsell opportunities. Further responsibilities include:
Support advanced customer requests by either resolving yourself or escalating to the appropriate internal team within SLA
Act as a senior go to person within the Customer Success Business Unit for high level customer queries
Take ownership of customer queries
Document 3rd party reseller agreements and ensure costs are on-charged to customers at the correct rates
Skills & experience
5 years previous experience working in Client Services, Customer Service or Service Delivery
Experience with Cloud Health or alternative Cloud Cost Management tools such as Stax, Cloud Ability, CloudIn, Flexera, or AWS Cost Explorer would be advantageous but not necessary
Experience with Service Management tools, preferably ServiceNow
Experience working with an MSP
Clear written and verbal English communication skills is a must have requirement for this role
Financial, billing, and vendor invoicing experience within IT would be highly regarded
