You'll work with a team of passionate, innovative and dedicated people that focuses on getting the job done whilst delivering the latest network solutions to our clients. About the Role
Our continual expansion in the industry means that we have an exciting pipeline lined up, opening the door to work with the latest of network technologies and delivering best of breed solutions. You will get to work alongside a dedicated network services group who facilitate the design, delivery and support of various network solutions across both government and corporate environments.
What you'll do
As a Senior Network Engineer, you'll have the ability to take ownership of tasks, as well assist the broader Network Services team leveraging your extensive knowledge. You'll be comfortable working collaboratively with both technical and non-technical people and have the right attitude towards learning new things. You will also lead by example and guide your less experienced peers in delivering first class network solutions for Datacom's customers.
What you'll bring
Your proven experience should include:
CCNP certification or higher
Wireless specialisation, including design and implementation of WLANs and WLCs
Experience with active and passive wireless surveys
Routing and switching experience
Firewall experience (Cisco, Fortinet & Palo Alto)
Telco services experience (dark fibre, IPWAN, NBN, MPLS)
Extensive technical documentation and design skills
Sound knowledge of ITIL principles
