Assists with outsourcing duties.
Maintains up to date and accurate information in both hard copy and electronic formats.
Processes sample requests for customers.
Produces labels each day for the Production floor
Reviews Production Time Sheets on a daily basis to ensure forms are completed correctly
Produces daily production reports.
Supports Customer Service Representatives by providing timely up to date information on production status, issues.
Responsible for placing orders into production by pulling samples.
Maintains up to date job ticket binders for production meetings.
Performs duties of the Production Assistant as required.Assists in issuing miscellaneous PO’s.
Performs other job duties as assigned.
What you need to succeed:
Must have high school diploma or G.E.D.
Minimum of 2 years administrative experience required.
Experience in a similar role, preferred.
Must be proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word.
Must be well organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
Must have good interpersonal communication.
Must possess focused time management skills.
Must be able to maintain good attendance.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Must be able to perform essential functions of job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
