About The Role
Reporting to the Village Manager of Bupa Sutherland Aged Care home, as Village Customer Service Officer you will be responsible for full range of day to day operations of the independent apartments for Bupa Sutherland Retirement Village. You will be responsible for assisting commissioning of the village; marketing the village to ensure full occupancy; monitor front desk and admin management. You will also be required to deputize the Village Manager.

Skills and Experience
Previous experience gained in a similar role
Experience in customer service and proven to exhibit a strong customer focus
Proficiency to deal with all internal and external stakeholders
Experience with residents in an aged related health care setting and the ability demonstrate an empathetic manner.
Proficiency in full MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Hold current driver’s licence with at least 5 years driving experience and be conversant with all Road Safety Rules.
