About the role:
Reporting to the DNT Manager, as a Consultant in the team you will be responsible for participating in the review of new branch and business banking centre designs to ensure that they align with the business objectives. In addition to this you will be:
Leading initiatives to improve program outcomes, including analysis, problem solving and engagement of key stakeholders
Gaining Stakeholder approval for Branch, Business Banking centre and HUB transformations decisions.
Identifying opportunities to reduce the cost of transforming branch and business banking centre transformations
Supporting the change delivery of transformation sites, including stakeholder engagement, communications and branch activation, business and operational readiness activities and training.
Key accountabilities will include:
Identifying opportunities to reduce the cost and timeframe for transforming branches and business banking centres
Leading program initiatives that support new branch design and standard requirements, including necessary documentation, policy and stakeholder approvals.
Review of technology requirements for new branch and banking centre refurbishments.
Skills and experience required:
To be successful in the role you will be have previous change management / project experience coupled with experience in Retail Banking. You will be a confident self-starter able to demonstrate:
Strong analytical skills
Proven stakeholder management / engagement skills
The ability to think strategically
Proficiency using Microsoft office
