Reporting into the Manager Network Operations you will have responsibility for;
The Development and ongoing maintenance of the UGL Regional Linx Network Rules & Procedures.
The Development and ongoing maintenance of the Country Network Local Appendices (CNLA’s).
The Development and Publication of SAFE Notices.
Representing UGL Regional Linx at Industry (Rules) forums.
Actively participate in the Rail Industry Safety and Standards Board (RISSB) Rules Development Group.
Regular Intrastate and some Interstate travel will be required.
About you
Detailed knowledge of the RISSB Network Rules and Procedures development and approval process
Detailed understanding of Regional Work on Track activities
Ability to articulate complex Safeworking arguments and develop solutions within the CRN Network Rules framework.
Detailed understanding of Train Operations and Network Control Functionality.
Detailed understanding of the UGL Regional Linx CRN Network
Certificate IV in Front Line Business Management
Qualified Protection Officer (Desirable)
Qualified in Safeworking systems or be able to attain qualifications in Train Order Working, Rail Vehicle Detection, Pilot Staff working and UGL Regional Linx Sigview System.
ICAM Certified
Qualifications in Training and Assessing well regarded.
