About you You will be caring, positive, with a genuine desire to do all that you can to improve the lives of our wonderful residents. You will have: Certificate III in Individual Support / Certificate III Aged Care or similar qualification essential; Previous experience in aged care is preferable; Sound computer skills are essential; An understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; National Criminal History Check (less than 6 months old). Flu vaccination (or ability to obtain).
