>15 years’ experience in Site Manager roles within the medical space
Demonstrated track record of achieving effective management results on projects
High level skills, knowledge and experience in construction and project management methodologies
Substantial construction industry and building process knowledge
Experience in Commercial construction
IT literacy with project management and reporting software
Exceptional sub-contractor management skills/ability
