Due to increased workloads, our Corporate Services & Aged Care Resourcing teams are seeking the talents of 2 passionate and energetic Internal Recruitment Partners. You would be joining a supportive and high performing team, based across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. Both roles are true talent business partners, responsible for the delivery of exceptional '5 star' end to end recruitment & selection service to hiring managers across Corporate Functions and the Aged Care business. Both roles are 6-month fixed term contract and we are interested in applicants with agency or internal recruitment experience, both volume and non-volume recruitment. How will I help? Key accountabilities include: Provide seamless end-to-end recruitment - job brief, writing and posting job ads, screening, identifying candidates for talent pools, proactive sourcing, interviewing, creation of detailed candidate profiles and briefs, shortlisting, interviewing, reference checking, background checking, providing post interview feedback, facilitating candidate and hiring manager feedback and the full back end. Partnering and guide stakeholders, providing industry insights from initial intent to go to market, right through to offers and contracts. Managing candidates in our ATS Workday, always ensuring candidates are updated in a timely manner. What's in it for me? You will feel happier & healthier for working at Bupa! What do I need? A minimum of 5 years' experience and industry leading knowledge of the recruitment industry. Sound understanding of end to end recruitment & selection processes. Sound knowledge and demonstrated experience of behavioural based interviewing. Ability to handle multiple assignments across a range of disciplines. Demonstrated capability to effectively provide a high-quality customer & candidate experience. Proven I.T conceptual ability; able to use databases in support of the recruitment process; identify, refine and automate processes via technology wherever possible.
