Job Description
Ancillary Claims Consultant
Our Adelaide team is seeing the need to employ a number of Claims Consultants on a fixed term basis for 12 months (remote working arrangements on offer).
Your days will see you assessing and entering health insurance claims and membership transactions ensuring timely delivery along with ensuring accuracy and consistency in accordance with published rules, agreed service standards and benefit levels. This position also provides a high level of customer service to internal and external customers so your written and verbal communication skills will be exceptional.

To Be Considered For This Role, You Will Have
Keyboard and Data Entry Skills of a high level and accuracy (60 wpm or 10,000 alpha numeric key strokes per hour preferred)
Demonstrated ability to utilise, or ability to learn, Claims & Customer Admin computer applications (BOSS, Cyclops, Workflow) and BUPA’s applications such as Microsoft Office, E-mail and Intranet
Experience in operational process environment where you are required to follow procedure
Experience in a frontline customer service environment (desirable)
Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written).
Fantastic ability to multitask.
Adaptability to navigate through change.
Mature attitude with sensitivity to our customer’s confidential information.
