About the role
You will effectively manage the administration and document control process of the project. Other responsibilities will include:
Record meeting minutes, book Project team appointments and travel bookings
Book project inductions and training courses
Manage the formal project document control process including, transmitting to external parties as well as manager the receipt of all incoming documentation
Manage and maintain all project related registers and folders
