Due to internal moves and parental leave covers, we are taking expressions of interest for both permanent and fixed term contracts across multiple areas of the business. Reporting to a Head of People, the People Partner is a senior level of support, partnering with leaders to enable them to effectively manage and support their teams and provide generalist HR support and advice to our employees through their employment at Bupa.
Support a variety of HR disciplines including employee relations, leadership capability, organisational effectiveness, talent management, operational HR delivery, employee engagement and retention. These roles can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
How will I help?
Key accountabilities include:
Influence, plan and implement HR projects and initiatives.
Solve business problems with a focus on the engagement and performance of our people.
Partner with leaders and take accountability for the effective delivery of people strategies.

What do I need?
Previous experience in a HR/People business partnering or consulting role, to provide fit for purpose HR advice on the full employee lifecycle
Experience in interpreting, understanding and applying awards, enterprise agreements, HR processes and policies across the employee lifecycle, preferably in a large and complex organisation
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to support and challenge as required
Experience in end to end ER case management
