Our experienced Facility Manager is seeking a Clinical Manager that is ready to engage with their team, their residents and is looking for a long term career. You Will Have a kind, dedicated nature with strong alignment to our values - Compassion, Justice, Integrity and Excellence; an excellent understanding of the Aged Care Act with knowledge and experience of the Aged Care Accreditation process; minimum of 3 years experience as a Clinical Manager in an aged care facility; strong leadership skills with the ability to maintain collaborative relationships; sound computer skills and the ability to work across different systems and processes; ability to foster a safe workplace and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives to develop sustainable practice; Our Benefits (include) Attractive salary packaging benefits upto $15,990p.a plus tax free meal and entertainment allowance $2,650; Free uniforms; Free parking; Discounted corporate health insurance and other health benefits; Training and development; Option to purchase an additional weeks' leave.
