About the role
To deliver high quality project services to the client and provide supervision and coordination as directed by the Project Manager and the client. Ensure a complete understanding of and performance against the required contractual KPI’s and obligations.
Ensure safe and effective operation of the project through sound communication, promotion of Safety and Quality Assurance, technical assistance and sound business practices. Customer relations are essential in this role with an emphasis on development of sound business relationships.
About You
You will thrive on stepping up to problems others couldn’t take on, or an opportunity that inspires new solutions. Ideally you will have:
Trade Qualification in respective discipline (mechanical/electrical/fabrication etc) and or,
Bachelor level degree in engineering discipline
Supervisors Course S1/S2/S3
Frontline Leadership or Similar
Project Management Principals and or exposure to formal project management training including
Work planning/scheduling/execution management
High Risk Activity Certifications or Training including
Working at heights/confined space/isolation………
Finance Fundamentals (intermediate business finance knowledge)
Customer Relationship Management and or Negotiation Skills
Industrial Relations Frameworks and Legislation
Intermediate level knowledge and demonstrated ability using computer management tools such as MS Office, MS Project, work scheduling and safety management systems
