About Department
Berengarra, a new multi storey 90 bed state of the art residential aged care facility comprises 60 mainstream and 30 Aged Persons’ Mental Health (APMH) beds designed to deliver contemporary best practice person centred care. Berengarra compliments a suite of existing St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne’s residential facilities.
Berengarra is due to welcome the first residents in March, with a planned staggered opening throughout 2021 until the facility is at capacity.

About The Role
You will be responsible for the day to day coordination of the support services function, including; food Services, housekeeping, cleaning and laundry services for residents at the Berengarra aged care facility. The role works in conjunction with the broader St George’s Hospital Support Services team and will report to the Support Services Manager St George’s Hospital (incorporating Berengarra). You will be able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and the ability to communicate with staff across all levels of the organization. Both Full time and Part time positions a
The classification for this role will be GN1 ($60,320 per annum pro rata)
