How will you contribute?
Leading and managing the operational implementation of the Bupa risk management frameworks within HI
People leadership of direct team to achieve high performance and to behave in accordance with the Bupa Code and Bupa’s values
Contribute strategically as a key team member of the HI Risk and Governance leadership team, and in the HI Divisional leadership teams in which you participate in
Effective and efficient delivery of the governance, risk, clinical, quality, health & safety and compliance frameworks which are consistent with Bupa A&NZ frameworks
assisting management and stakeholders to understand the risks that they face in pursuit of Bupa HI’s objectives and in providing guidance and recommendations on risk mitigation and oversight approaches
What will you bring?
Experience leading a team and a track record in implementing Line 1 risk and control frameworks in the insurance, health care &/or financial services industry
Strong analytical, written and verbal skills to communicate risk concepts and deliver meaningful management information;
Experience in leading and facilitating risk workshops and in developing, design and documenting controls as well as developing control test scripts, and in undertaking controls assurance;
Experience in creating standard operating procedures in a clear, non-ambiguous and simplified manner enabling the enactment by non risk practitioners;
Strong foundation in logic and highly attuned process orientation, with a focus on root cause analysis and cause / effect;
