About the role
UGL is looking for expression of interest for experienced Procurement Specialist to join our project in Tasmania.
Some of your responsibilities will include but not limited to;
For the provision of procurement of goods, materials and services on our project
Ensuring you meet subcontract specifications; You provide at the best cost and are delivered on a timely basis.
Working with internal stakeholders to manage the flow of procurement packages, prioritise and expedite critical packages and hold stakeholders accountable for timely preparation of procurement documentation to ensure target dates for award of procurement packages are met
About you
You will have relevant qualifications such as business, engineering, supply chain management or significant experience
You will have extensive procurement experience within the construction industry and on Building Code compliant projects
Ideally you will have experience within a fast-paced and high-volume procurement environment
You will have Document Control experience using Aconex and HPE
