Job Description
Opportunity snapshot:
Due to an internal movement we have an opportunity for a Digital Portfolio Analyst to join the Digital team. This role supports the Portfolio Manager with the analysis and planning of digital initiatives to support best in class digital customer experiences. You will engage with others in the Digital delivery system (Product Managers, Delivery Managers, Product Owners, Portfolio team) to ensure the successful execution of the digital delivery system.
The Digital Portfolio Analyst will help keep the business informed of progress against delivery plans in collaboration with the Digital Portfolio Manager, as well as supporting the size, capacity planning and sequencing of initiatives through stakeholder engagement and planned events.
Specifically, You Will
Partnering across the Digital team to support delivery of complex digital products & services
Use analytics, insights and industry data to ensure digital initiatives are thoroughly vetted and prioritised against broader business goals
Support Capacity Scenario planning – including impact assessments, benefits modelling and capacity allocation
Maintain and develop artefacts to support the management and communication of capacity-based Digital activities
Assist cross-functional forums to ensure clarity is maintained across the Digital Portfolio
Support the development of planning and delivery scenarios in simple digestible format
About You
This role would suit a skilled project coordinator with 3-5 years of experience in an agile delivery environment and strong technical capability. You will be/have:
Demonstrated exceptional communication skills including internal stakeholder management as well as developed relationship building skills.
Practiced familiarity with:
digital design and development principles and standards
analytic techniques with the ability to wield data toolsets (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Adobe Analytics)
forecasting and modelling growth from new initiatives
Deliver results and expect to exceed customer expectations. You motivate your peers and those around you with a results-orientated focus and great attitude.
Ability to produce clarity from ambiguity: You can present complex concepts and scenarios to stakeholders in a way the portrays confidence.
Advanced level skills using Microsoft Office Suite: specifically, Excel, PowerPoint
Committed to learning: You keep up to date with digital trends.
