Datacom Connect is currently hiring for a highly professional and enthusiastic candidate for our Reporting Analyst Position. You will be responsible for delivering data visualisations, reports and insights.
What you’ll do:
Design, develop, maintain and improve data visualisations and reports
Data extraction and consolidations from multiple sources
Prepare, deliver and update reports to support contractual obligations and the performance of our business to both internal and external customers in an efficient manner
Perform data reconciliation/verification of reporting
Develop and provide timely, accurate and insightful operational reporting/analysis to Executives, Senior Management and variety of Stakeholders
Design and development of user friendly dashboards, and using analytics tools to visualise data and convey insights
Support, maintain and management of shared storage according to Datacom Standards (COPC, ISO 1009, and business policy)
Ensure adherence of security and ICT policies
What you’ll bring:
Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Reporting Analyst
Strong computer skills - advanced User of MS Office Suite (Excel & VBA)
Can perform complex calculations, data analysis, reconciliation, numerical and verbal reasoning
Previous experience with Client and Stakeholder Management
Database and or BI systems experience
Reporting, analytical and data visualisation tools experience (Tableau skills will be looked upon favourably)
Must be an Australian Citizen and able to pass a criminal history check
