Job role

The People Advisor will work with the business to provide support and consultation within our contact centre environment. The role will be responsible to oversee the day-to-day delivery of people projects, programs, work health and safety and strategies such as communication, on-boarding, integration and talent management. The prime focus will be supporting supervisors and managers with performance and development of employees. You’ll be joining a close knit, professional and customer focused Workplace Support team within our People and Culture function. What you’ll do You will effectively support the business and our employees by being supportive, approachable, flexible and resilient in your day to day dealings with stakeholders. You will be adept at handling return to work plans, be able to coordinate and facilitate training, be knowledgeable in relevant fair work legislation and be able to communicate effectively at a leadership level. There will be a myriad of workplace support responsibilities and cases at any given time, so your ability to in multitask unique, sensitive and complex workplace issues will enable you to be effective in meeting desired business and customer outcomes. What you’ll bring You will bring solid experience in an HR Advisory focused position within a complex, corporate environment. Your compassion and empathetic nature, balanced with your resilience and business acumen will have seen you demonstrate strong capability as an approachable and customer focused People and Culture leader.
